I love Tofu.

Because I watched this on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

And really you can't give much stock to what's being said on Jimmy Kimmel Live so I have no idea how true this is.

Apparently, a woman in Colorado who is a total die-heart vegan wanted to have her license plate as ILVTOFU. An alliengence to her lovable tofu I guess.

Apparently, (and I say apaprently because really, it's apparent) the DMV would not allow her to carry that license plate.

I didn't get it either.

I read it as I LV TOFU as in she loves tofu but the DMV reads it as I LV TO F U.

Wow. The DMV (or Jimmy Kimmel) is more imaginative than I thought.

On another unrelated note, Pei Pei swears she will call me at some ungodly hour tomorrow so I can go watch the Idol results live at her house.... Like what??? If you want to know the result of Pei Pei's insistance vs Pin Pin's sleep.... stay tuned.
