New Moon

It's been a while since I have ignored coming online for a couple of days... Most of the time I am just itching to get online whatever the reason but recently there has been a lot of change in me. For one that I am actually watching TVB dramas! I hate TVB drama. I still do but I am still watching them anyway. Then I am reading non stop. From Raymond E Fiest to Stephenie Meyer.

Speaking of Feist there used to be a season pass holder in the Boardwalk who's name was Fiest. Eric if I'm not mistaken. And his sister's name was Erin. Erin looked pretty asian but Eric was a very kuai-lo looking J.Go. Just thought I would mention this for the benefit of my dear sister Lim Wan Phing.

Anyway,I was thinking that day that some parents are so irresponsible. I remember back in my CGL days when my mom used to pick me up at the primary school gate (they were so territorial - it's ridiculous really) and I used to see the lovely grandfathers and grandmothers who walk their little grandkids to school. Nothing wrong with that of course. What I have a problem with is that a lot of them carry the bags! You really can't blame the child of course but the parents make me so angry. That's so irresponsible of them to just allow their parents/parents-in-law who are older and deserve more respect from the young then to make them carry their schoolbags. It's the same principle as giving an elderly your seat on the bus/train isn't it? It makes me so angry that all these irresponsible parents don't make their children respect their elders.

What got me thinking about this is when I took my Grandpa to have breakfast at a kopitiam one day. There was those Kim Gary style seats that face each other and the person as to scoot all the way in to let the other person sit. Anyway there was a mom at least 5 months pregnant and her son sat on the outer side on the seat AND DIDN'T MOVE. The brat refuses to move for the longest time ever and the parents were coaxing him to go in. For goodness sake. In such a situation it's time to slap your child. I didn't blame the child - he can't possibly know how to treat pregnant women if their parents don't tell him but the father did nothing, didn't get up to offer his seat, didn't scold the child and let his pregnant wife stand there for over 15 minutes coaxing the child to go in so she can sit. STUPID AR YOU. So irresponsible all these parents. Breeding idiots in the making.

Anyway, I'm bored. I can't believe time has passed so much. I think I shall begin watching another TVB drama - Heart of Greed though technically Moonlight Resonance is the "sequel" to it. I don't think Lam Fung is in Heart of Greed though.... But my Moses is so who cares.... One day I shall watch Moonlight Resonance again.
